The Red Thread Circle

An 8-Week Online Circle for Women Navigating Infertility

Mindfulness • Self-Compassion • Connection

Coming home to yourself while navigating infertility.

Infertility can quietly take over so much of life.
The appointments.
The waiting.
The decisions.
The hope.
The disappointment.
The questions.

And somewhere along the way, you may find yourself feeling disconnected from the woman you were before your fertility journey began.

The Red Thread Circle is an invitation to reconnect with her.

This intimate, 8-week online group offers a compassionate space to slow down, breathe, feel, and be with yourself differently.

You don’t need to be positive.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You don’t need to be “good” at meditation.

And you don’t need to leave your grief, anger, fear, or uncertainty at the door.

You can bring all of it.

A different kind of fertility support.

There is so much focus on what you can do during infertility.

Another appointment.
Another treatment.
Another decision.
Another thing to research.

The Red Thread Circle is different.

For two hours each week, there is nothing you need to accomplish.

Instead, we will create space to notice what is happening inside you- and practice responding to yourself with greater kindness.

Drawing from mindfulness and the principles of Mindful Self-Compassion, we will explore practices that can help you meet difficult moments with less self-judgment and more care.

What we’ll explore together

Across eight weeks, we’ll gently explore:

Mindfulness & presence- learning to come back to the present moment when your mind is caught in what-ifs and uncertainty.

Body Scan- reconnecting with your body in a gentle, non-demanding way.

Soothing Touch- discovering simple ways to offer yourself comfort and safety.

Lovingkindness Meditation- cultivating warmth and kindness toward yourself.

Working with difficult emotions- making room for grief, anger, fear, envy, sadness, and uncertainty without judging yourself for having them.

Self-compassion- learning to respond to yourself as you might to someone you deeply love.

The inner critic- noticing the ways infertility may fuel self-blame, comparison, and harshness toward yourself.

Mindful self-care- creating practices that can support you through the moments when the fertility journey feels especially difficult.

Connection & shared humanity- experiencing the relief of being with women who understand something of what you are going through.

There will be guided practices, reflection, gentle discussion, and time to connect.
You will never be required to share more than feels comfortable.
