Step into a sacred space where ancient wisdom meets modern healing. Ambrosia is a monthly virtual women’s circle designed for those who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their sensuality, and return to themselves.

Held on select Sunday afternoons in Sherwood Park, each 2.5-hour ceremony is a guided journey into the heart of your feminine body—an invitation to slow down, be held, and experience the healing that comes when we tend to ourselves with tenderness and reverence.

  • You’re carrying unspoken shame, grief, or trauma and are ready to gently move it through.
  • You long to be part of a community of women reclaiming sacred self-care and devotion.

What to Expect:

Trauma-informed visualizations to support nervous system regulation and inner safety

Sacred anointing and self-massage rituals for breasts, belly/womb, vulva, and internal pelvic mapping (guided)

Priestess lineage practices to awaken your body’s wisdom and open the door to sacred self-love

Deep womb attunement to activate oxytocin, inner connection, and body trust
